Easily Set Up and Maintain Your Biosafe Unit for Optimal Use in Both Commercial and Home Settings
Placement and Setting of Machine
Select the location close to your washing machine
- Mount the bracket on the back of the Biosafe unit to the wall. Anchors and screws are supplied inside the box.
- Once the bracket is mounted, hang your box and ORP unit onto the bracket.
- Hook the “Y” unit provided to both inlets on your washer, ensuring it is securely attached to your hot water supply.
- Connect the inlet hose provided to the cold-water source.
- Plug your unit into an AC outlet. Once plugged in, the blue light will illuminate. Push the blue light switch in. The box is now ready to be activated with water movement.
- To use your machine, leave your cold water on. The machine will automatically activate as needed.
Understanding Your ORP Meter
The ORP Meter is used to validate the strength of your solution that’s being produced by your Biosafe unit when the ORP reads 650 or higher it will kill all bacteria that the solution encounters. The Biosafe solution must be kept in a closed container when in use. When using your unit be sure to turn on the ORP meter.

Warranty
Your Biosafe unit comes with a one-year warranty from the date of your purchase. If you require any assistance with the installation and or the routine use of the equipment, please contact Biosecurity Technology @ 800-494-9604. If your unit fails for any reason, please return the unit to 10540 Bondesson Circle, Omaha NE 68122. Please call for a return RMA.
This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Biosecurity Technology (“Manufacturer”) and applies to the Consumer Unit Laundry and General-Purpose Cleaner and Sanitizer (“Machine”) purchased by the original purchaser (“Purchaser”). This Warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Duration of Warranty: Manufacturer warrants the Machine against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase by the Purchaser.
Coverage: During the Warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts or components of the Machine. This Warranty covers labor and parts required for repair or replacement but does not cover transportation costs or any damages resulting from unauthorized repair attempts, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or natural disasters.
Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover:
- Regular maintenance and consumable parts.
- Damage resulting from improper installation, operation, storage, or maintenance.
- Any modifications or alterations made to the Machine without the Manufacturer’s prior written consent.
- Damage caused by non-authorized repair or service personnel.
- Any incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, or other economic losses.
Obtaining Warranty Service: To obtain warranty service, the Purchaser must:
- Contact Manufacturer’s Customer Service within the Warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase, including date and place of purchase, and Machine’s serial number.
- Follow the instructions provided by Manufacturer’s Customer Service for return, repair, or replacement.
Disclaimer of Other Warranties: This Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Manufacturer. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
Limitation of Liability: The Manufacturer’s liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts/components of the Machine. In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
Governing Law: This Warranty is governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
Entire Agreement: This Warranty constitutes the entire agreement between Manufacturer and Purchaser regarding the Machine and supersedes any prior agreements, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written.
